Pickup are available daily from 7am - 11am. You do not need to be home at the time of your pickup or delivery.

Plus, we’re really good at folding laundry…even the fitted sheets.
Our full-time team is at your service seven days a week, providing convenient laundry pickup and delivery between 7am and 11am. Simply bag your items, leave them on your porch, and we'll take it from there. Your freshly cleaned clothes will be back on your doorstep the next day. You can schedule your home laundry pickups and deliveries online, with the added benefit of real-time order tracking.
We’re a locally owned business with 3 locations and over 30 employees. Your laundry is processed at our newest facility located at 8105 S Cicero Ave in Chicago. We have commercial-grade machines, auto-dosed premium detergents, and a highly trained team of laundry nerds. Unlike other companies that rely on apps and outsourcing, our professional in-house team handles each load with meticulous care.

We wash, dry, and fold your everyday laundry like clothes, sheets, and towels. For an extra $.10 per pound you can add on hanging service for slacks, collared shirts, jackets, and blouses.

No, we do not dry clean. We stick to what we're good at and for us, that's laundry.

Everyday laundry items like clothes, sheets, and towels are priced by the pound. Our pickup and delivery service starts at $2.15 per pound. Oversized items like blankets and comforters are priced per piece.

You will enter your credit card and any promo codes when you schedule your pickup. Your card will be charged when your order is ready for delivery. You will receive a text message with a link to view your order.

A full-time member of our staff will arrive in our marked Fresh delivery van. We offer free pickup and delivery windows every day from 7am - 11am. You do not need to be home for your laundry pickup or delivery. In fact, most customers leave their bags out for our drivers for a completely contactless experience.

Most first time customers just put their laundry in a plastic trash bag. We will label your order at pickup.

No, you can just leave your bag(s) in a safe spot. If you’re not going to be home please help a driver out and leave detailed pickup/delivery instructions in your order notes. e.g. “The gate code is 1234 and it will be the 2 white plastic bags on the left side of the porch.”
Our pickup and delivery windows are from 7am - 11am. You’ll receive a text message with an ETA when the driver is on their way to your pickup.

You will choose the return delivery date and time. All orders under 100lbs are guaranteed ready the next day. You can either schedule a return delivery day and time when you place your order or when you receive the text message that your order is ready.

We are a locally owned business in Griffith, IN. Your clothes will be processed by our full-time staff at Fresh Laundromat located at 216 E. Ridge Rd.

Some customers use a bathroom scale to get an estimated weight. As a guide, a 13 gallon trash bag holds roughly 15-20lbs of laundry. Please remember that our scales are specially calibrated and registered with the state of Indiana. Your at-home scale will not match the sale weight exactly.
Our staff weighs your order as soon as it arrives at our store. You’ll receive a text confirmation to view your order details and updates.

Our Process
Spot Treat & Sort
We are a locally owned business with locations in
Chicago, IL and Griffith, IN. Our team members are full-time professionally trained launderers. We treat your clothes like they’re our own. We check pockets and spot treat all stains. For an extra $.10 per pound we will sort lights and darks and wash each load separately.
Wash
We use premium Gain detergent, color safe bleach, and Gain fabric softener. You can request All Free and Clear hypoallergenic products for no additional charge. Our standard process includes our cold sanitizing Detergent+ Ozone Wash.
Ozone is activated Oxygen. This powerful all-natural technology is CDC approved to kill viruses, mold, and bacteria. It removes odors including smoke and naturally whitens and softens. Ozone is available only at Fresh. Read more about our sanitizing Ozone Wash.
Dry
All clothing is dried on a low heat and removed from the dryer immediately upon cycle completion. This step ensure a wrinkle free professional finish.
We’re sorry, we cannot accommodate air dry requests.
Fold and Hang
All of your items are expertly folded (yes, even the fitted sheets) and packaged in ready to put away bags. For $.10 per pound, we will hang jeans, slacks, and collared shirts. You’ll receive a text message once your order is complete and ready to schedule the drop off.
